TYPICAL DAY AT CAMP
CAMP SCHEDULE
8:45 am- Drop Off: Campers arrive and will be provided with quiet activities to start the day. The gym will not be open prior to 8:30 am
9:00 am- Warm-up and Stretching: All campers participate in a fun, warm-up game. (there will be 2 groups per room with no more than 8 gymnasts per coach. While attending class, gymnasts are required to stay at a minimum 6-foot distance from one another at all times.
10:00 Gymnastics Basics: the campers will learn the foundational shapes and exercises of gymnastics.
10:30 am Healthy Snack Break: During this period we ask campers only to have snacks such as vegetables, fruits, cheese, yogurt, nuts, etc. A healthy start to the day will provide the appropriate energy needed for your child to partake in all the sporting activities throughout the day. We hope to encourage an interest in nutrition here at gymnastics, as a healthy diet should prompt a healthy lifestyle.
11:00 am Rotations and Challenges: Campers will split into groups to learn gymnastics skills on Vault, Bars, Tumble Track, after that, all campers will participate in the gymnastics challenge of the day. Consistent effort and challenge winners will be rewarded.
12:00 - 12:30 pm- Challenge games
12:30 - 1:30 pm Pick-up/sign for Half-day campers and Lunchtime for full-day campers. Afternoon campers will start with Movie and/or craft
1:30 A quick warm-up will commence and then campers will start up their gymnastics’ session. The campers will learn the foundational shapes and exercises of gymnastics.
2:30 pm Afternoon Snack Break: Campers are able to rest, eat another snack, and have outdoor playtime.
3:00 pm Rotations and Challenges: Campers will split into groups to learn gymnastics skills on Vault, Bars, Tumble Track, or Pit. Afterwards all campers will participate in the gymnastics challenge of the day
4:00 pm Pick Up: Campers must be picked up before 4:30 pm.
Please note:
Campers should have with them snacks, lunch (if full day), a refillable water bottle (we provide water), a hat, sunblock, and money. (Popsicles and snacks available for purchase)
Attire: Campers should wear a leotard or close-fitting clothing, (no skirts or dangling jewelry) Hair should be pulled up out of the face if it is long. An extra set of clothing is also recommended in case of accidents.
BGA REFUND POLICIES
Class size is limited and depends on the number of available instructors. We also reserve the right to cancel, mix, or combine classes if we have fewer than 6 registrants or for other operational reasons.
Please note that dates are subject to change.
We do not offer makeup classes for weather or illness-related cancellations.
- Fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person, even in cases of session cancellation beyond BGA's control.
- Refunds are only considered for medical circumstances with a valid doctor's certificate. The refund amount will be prorated based on the remaining number of classes.
- All refund requests will incur a $25 administrative fee.
